Item from Russia to Canada has not arrived. How long is a reasonable time to wait?

Hi I paid for an item on April 5, 2020. The seller provided me with Russian tracking and it says that the item left Russia April 13th.

Canada Post does not recognize the tracking number and responded:  " We did not find an item associated with this number"

Any idea how long it would normally take for a package (it's a record album") from Russia to Canada sent snail mail?
