I recently purchased a smartphone for my daughter through eBay. After the auction ended we immediately paid for the item. A paypal receipt was sent with a link to what I thought was the item purchased (or so the receipt says). Instead it was a link to another item that was still being auctioned - but still a smart phone. This sounds like an issue with the paypal/ebay system. Unfortunately I can't report it as it doesn't come under the headings. When I log into the paypal system - that item is again listed (current auction - different seller).
I have checked that the payment has gone to the right seller, but why is the wrong product (different seller and all) being shown?
