Issues 'onboarding' account to third party

Hi,

 

We are experiencing issues connecting our business account to a third party application/website to receive payments.

 

When connecting our business PayPal account, we select 'Use existing business account', and are prompted to confirm the business and directors details (which are precompleted matching our PayPal details). However, on the 'Please tell us more about you.' page, on submission we are prompted with a 'We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong'.

 

We don't seem to be able to find a work around. Having logged out on both platforms and trying again numerous times, we continue to receive the same error message.

 

Any advice or a resolution would be gratefully received. Many thanks.
