My client paid me by mistake I refunded the amount back to the client ($2200) how much will Paypal charge me or my client?

If you issue a refund directly from the transaction that you received, we would refund the variable fee that you pay when you receive the item but you will not receive a refund for the fixed fee. The fixed fee may vary depending on the buyer's Country and any eventual conversion fees.
