Issue with a seller on Shpock!

Hi All,

 

I brought 2 items (and paid extra for postage) through Shpock and paid through PayPal for the extra security. However, i only recieved one of those item. I contacted the seller and he advises he sent 2 items. I said okay, if you sent 2 then you need to make a claim with Royal Mail and i want to be refunded for the 1 item i did not receive. The seller is no longer responding to me. The PayPal resolution centre just gives me the option to email him and nothing else. Now i am stuck in a loop of being ignored by the seller and not getting any help from PayPal! Please advise what i could do next? Thank you

How did you pay for the items? Website? Private sale using goods/ services? Ebay? Invoice or money request?

I sent the seller money through PayPal using their email address. I spoke to them on the Shpock buy and sell platform
