Is this legitimate PayPal email confirmation or scam?

I am seller on Gumtree , the buyer claim she made payment with PayPal confirmation email (see screen printed below)

There are 2 issued (

1) Transaction ID is NOT I sent to her on my request for fund

2) The email request me to sent over shipping detail once I posted the item but the reply address is to  the address see below  -[removed] instead to service at paypal.com.au, only then I will receive my fund

Can someone verify if this is a legitimate PayPal email confirmation? I am not comfortable to proceed with this transaction. Can someone help please

Hi, this is a spoof email, and was not sent from PayPal. We will never require you to ship an item and email a tracking number to a non-PayPal email address. Please forward this email to spoof@paypal.com and delete it, and do not ship anything.
