I'm trying to sell an item and before the money is sent to my account "paypal" is asking me to send pictures of the scratched off gift cards I would be sending along with the item in order to receive my full payment. Is this normal? What should I do?
That's not normal. PayPal doesn't ask you to buy gift cards and submit the code to receive money. Scammers do.
What in the world would PayPal want with a gift card code? They sell gift cards and they manage over a gazillion paypal accounts, money coming left, right, and center, top and down. They don't need no gift cards.
