I received an email from IncPayPal*US that says my PayPal account has been frozen due to my account being accessed from a different device. Is this you or one of those Phishing things?
Emails from PayPal will always address you by your first and last names or your business name. If you're unsure of an email, don't click any links in the email, go to the PayPal site directly and log in to see if there are any unauthorized transactions or notices on your account.
