Hello, So someone is triying to send me money but they say they need 50$ more. They send me a Screenshot and it says Transaction complete You need 50 $ to varify the payment Thank you. Is this true or its a Scam

SCAM, you never need to pay any money or send any gift cards / vouchers or anything else to receive payments.
No funds in your paypal balance = you have not been paid and are getting fake paypal emails.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
