I have heard that there is a way to send paypal an email with feedback but I have yet to find a way to do so.
I just had to do web chat for the first time ever in my ebay selling history and I never would have guessed in a million years that a help desk rep could be as unhelpful as the person I talked to was. I am pretty sure I received negative-help. All I got was incorrect information.
Regardless, a courteous rep over the phone was able to help me out but I want to log a complaint on the web chat rep. Is this possible?
