I have been floundering about for weeks trying to resolve some issues on my paypal account which all the self service features refuse to let me do, and it looks like the only way of communicating with paypal employees is through very fragmented message service which takes days to get a useless and unhelpful response, does anyone know if there is a way of speaking with a human on the phone at Paypal? Any help would be much appreciated.
