I've had my limitations taken off recieved an email . To verify bank paypal sent 2 deposit to bank which went thru . Everything seems to b verified and okay . But I still cant transfer money to any card . I cant send to bank I cant request a check there is nothing I can do with the money it says I have such and such available in paypal plus balance but I still cant purchase online either
