Need to pay dell £249 which is a pending payment from October 2019. Got a text (phone number 447385722583)off PayPal saying go to site Https://PayPal.security-auth.com When on it but screen came up with a warning that it was a unsafe site. Is this a really text from PayPal and site or is it a scam
