Yes, but the option to receive funds is not available, you can only send paypal payments.

Why this option of receiving funds not available in Papua New Guinea? Can this be fixed so the people can use all the PayPal services.

Paypal varies a lot in the services it can offer to each country.

A lot of countries can't receive paypal payments at the moment.

What paypal offer is what the governments / banks of that country allow them to offer.

Is there any possibility or alternative ways paypal can provide so people in PNG can receive payment from abroad.
