I have a dispute case which asked me to provide further info in 3 days from 20th of May, after I submitted further info, the case is still in waiting for my response and the deadline is 22nd of April?
I tried to use message center. Got only connected to one agent after waiting for 4 hours and after she introduced her name, she did not respond to any of my further message. So I had to end the converstain and started another message, and the following message wasn't going anywhere(Usually the system would tell me it would connect to an agent or if I needed to wait)
I wonder if Paypal's internal systems including messaging center are down?
