Hello chiefdirector,
Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community with your invoice question.
Merchants using PayPal can filter their sent invoices to see which have not been paid. While there is not a way to automatically set a reminder, this is a simple process to remind customers to send a payment.
You can use the filters on the Manage Invoices page to find all of your unpaid invoices and then send a reminder to everyone who hasn’t paid yet. Just choose the Unpaid filter and then Remind under Actions.
