How do you add multiple recipients to an invoice at the same time ... NOT one at a time? I've already tried the "Shift" and "Cntl" keys. Doesn't do anything. Since it allows up to 100 recipients per invoice, I would think there MUST be a way to add them (from the address book) more easily the clicking every single one of them individually. Any insights?
