I asked an Chinese manufacturer to raise an request for an product that is designed ..with an specific quality he agree's to create samples and send it but asking me to pay 500 dollars ..which will be refunded if i choose him..but my concerns is if the product quality is a failure i told them i will raise an case with pay pal to get my money back ..will pay pal protect me in this case..
