I need to send £15 to UK and want to know how and who pays the fees? I’ve seen the fee structure page, but still can’t work out if I need to send £18, so she ends up with £15 or if I type in £15 and PayPal would work out the rest from my account?

Depends HOW you are sending it as to who pays the fee.

Is it a payment for goods/services OR are you sending a mate or family member a gift payment using the friends/family option.

Also how are you funding that paypal payment.
