Pretty much the same. You need tracking number that shows delivered status, if seller. And you have 180 days from date of payment, if buyer, to file a dispute for Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described. Buyers need proof of delivery in form of tracking number for returns as well and are not entitled to return costs within the dispute as PayPal can only refund original amount paid.
