Thank you for your post! The best advice I can give is to do all the research you can about the company, read the listing thoroughly to make sure that you are clear on any shipment times and the description of the item, and read up on Purchase Protection in the PayPal User Agreement so you understand the terms of that protection. Click Legal at the bottom of the PayPal website to access the User Agreement.
