I am a seller located in the USA. I do not ship Internationally. An international buyer wants me to ship his item to a third-party shipper who will ship it to him. Am I protected as a seller if I get confirmation of shipping to the third party shipper? Do I have to ask the buyer to change any address information on his end? Of course his verified PayPal address is an international address, but he is asking me to ship domestically in USA to a third party shipper. Any details on how to protect myself as a seller would be appreciated. Thanks
