Inquiry in receiving payments

Hi,

I received an email that somebody sent a money on my Paypal account. However it doesn't reflect on my paypal balance. The email tells me to claim it, when i click the link, it's directing me to a link to login. After logging in, the balance still shows P0.00, I have already checked the email and email addresses match,
