I bought something and the seller canceled. It was taken from my account, I received it back but it was withdrawn again. Who should I talk to?

When you pay someone its never instant as paypal credit the seller for you and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer.

So if you had received a 'refund' shortly after you paid and BEFORE the funds had left your funding source then that could be why you were confused as to them leaving that funding source later than you expected.

Basically check again and you should have x1 withdrawal from your funding source and x1 refund.
