Incorrect Tracking Number

Despite most of us customer service representatives working through the pandemic, PayPal has left me with no answers.  I got a tracking number from PayPal on 6/11.  The problem is the tracking number says it was delivered 5/18, close to a month before I even placed this order.  PayPal won't give me any answers, so now I must turn to the community.

It would help if you said if ....

you have opened a dispute.

escalated to a claim.

the claim was ? closed due to tracking number being provided

OR

you have not opened a dispute at all.

how you funded your paypal payment.
