Incoming transfer???

I got a text message obviously from an unknown number. I am writing this on 7/1/2020; text from this past Sunday. It states: Hello *my name*, New Incoming payment transfer on hold ID-******* <--- (there are actual numbers in the text). We need to approve the incoming payment transfer. Go to: <removed>

It wants me to log in and verify my CC info, and address.

Does PAYPAL do this?

Pretty sure that's not from PayPal. If you've provided any personal details, please change your PW and report it to PayPal ASAP.

Yes, so, I actually logged in, and saw it wanted me to give sensitive information, and so I logged out and changed my password.
