Is there a way to report Paypal accounts you suspect are engaging in suspicious/illegal behavior?
I recently came across a FB group that is basically a pyramid scheme, offering access to sexual pictures, videos (and meet ups) in exchange for ever-increasing (and surprising) payments. There's no way of knowing if they have personal consent to be sharing these images/videos, and all payments are to be made to a specific e-mail account.
Is there a way to report this? I'd love to see this type of behavior shut down if possible.
