If I send a paypal invoice will they be charged a fee when paying me if they use a credit card?

Hi I was wondering if I send someone an invoice from paypal will they be charged a fee from paypal when they pay me with their credit card?

No, paying PayPal invoices, buttons, shopping carts, money requests are no PayPal fee for the buyer but you'll be charged a PayPal fee for receiving the payment. If applicable though, there may be currency conversion though, if the buyer is non-US and you're invoicing them in USD.
