If I make a payment by using "Send to friends and family", Is Paypal refund policy cover it ?

In case I would like to buy a service and buyer insist me to pay by use "Send to friends and family", I don't mind about the additional fee but just would like to confirm whether Paypal refund policy also covered this payment method.

You would have zero paypal buyer protection AND you would be breaking paypal rules in using that option to pay for goods or services.

You would also risk your account being limited if paypal know you are doing so.
