IPN Verification Postback to HTTPS

I've received an email asking me to verify my IPN Verification Postback to HTTPS by June 2018 I have no idea what this means, or how to make these changes. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Ditto. I mean the email makes no sense unless you're a business and the help is next to useless other than they're testing.
