HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I RECEIVED AN INCOMING PAYMENT FROM A CLIENT?

You will get a paypal email and the funds will SHOW in your paypal account balance.
If you are a new seller then they may be pending in your paypal account but they would still show.
Never send anything if you can't see payment in your balance.
