I was subjected to fraud, he said he will give me premium account for discord exchange in 3€ and i send the money to him, after that he ban me and didn't give me anything, he's thief, i try to report the Transaction  in paypal but always get this msg

How did you pay ie which option did you choose to send the money?

Which dispute did you try and open?

What linked paypal funding source were you using?
