I want to sell tickets on STUUBHUB - I am not sure how pay pal works with this???

I want to sell tickets on StubHub, how does paypal work with this?

Basically you link your PayPal email address (same one you use to login to your PayPal Account with) to your Stubhub Account profile (go to Profile > Settings > Payment).
