Click on the transaction and use the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page, select the correct option for your problem to continue.

I am new to PayPal and ordered a pair of Dallas Cowboys Tennis Shoes over a month ago did not recieve my merchandise. I followed PayPal protocol in the Resolution Center in hopes of getting a refund.Things are very hard finiacially in our due to COVID Pandemic I am not working and my husband is diabled.Can anyone please tell me a way in which to get my refund NOW.Thank you and I am not sure I will use PayPal in the future
