Hello, I recently gave my PayPal email address to someone who claimed they would pay me for leaving a review on their website. I then discovered it was a scam, and I'm worried what they may be able to do with that email address, or what I should do if I do receive funds in my account.

They can spam or phish you. If that happens, set up a new email account as your main account, switch to this new email account on your online accounts including PayPal and delete the email address you gave out. Otherwise, you can refund the payment if you do not feel comfortable accepting it. You could also leave the payment in your account for 6 months and then the money is yours free and clear.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
