I think I’m being scammed

I’m trying to sell an item on eBay and the buyer said to email PayPal to tell them that the transaction includes a gift card and then they couldn’t verify a visa gift card. They asked for a steam gift card which I also sent and then they now want a $200 iTunes gift as a late fee. I’ve spent $400 so far and I’m losing patience because I think I’m being scammed.

i'd say you're definitely being scammed , don't send anymore money to them.

But I’m worried about the transaction and if will get the money I spent back? Also when I check the balance of the credit cards, they have been used

they had you do gift cards so there'd be no proof who spent the money , you can't refund gift cards , so for future notice definitely never do that again , stick with paypal bc you at least have a chance of getting your money back.
