Hi, I have received several emails asking me to confirm/verify my identity or I may not be able to use my account
I have contacted PayPal using the "message us" link but all they do is promise to help then ... nothing and eventually
I just get timed out
If these are not fake emails would they not have something in their auto response to help with this
I remember reading somewhere from someone "We will never ask you for personal information"
but I never paid any attention, now I'm here with these emails continually popping up
If anyone knows anything about these emails any info would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

When you log on to your account, do you see any alerts or notifications asking you to confirm/verify identity? If not, then those emails could be spoofs:

False sense of urgency is a red flag.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
