Hi.
So my uncle who lives in Austria wants to set up his paypal account and he is not very tech friendly so he contacted me for support. I guided him how to do it but during sign up when it came to enter the "state", paypal isn't showing the state he lives in. He is at Baden bei wien, Austria and state name is Nieder Österreich also known as Lower Austria.
I checked again and again but there is not that option to select. I'm also aware that paypal is available there so I think that may not be the issue.
Can anyone guide?
