I have my Canadian bank account linked but want to withdraw to credit card

I have my Canadian bank account linked to PayPal, but I also have my credit card from Europian bank linked to it, and I want to withdraw money to this card, but I don't have this option. 

Is it possible?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts etc from within that country.
