I got scammed through whatsapp I was paying someone to teach me adsense and admob app tricks

As soon as I did the payments. The seller blocked me on WhatsApp. I tried contacting them via email but they did not respond how do I deal with this the transaction was done this morning is it possible to get my money back or have I lost it? 

Please help guys I really don't trust anyone anymore 

I lost hope on this internet I'm not going to ever buy anything again.

Just help me if you can guys I really would love to get my money back two transactions were done. 😕

Whether you had buyer protection is dependent on how you paid.

1. Did you use goods / services OR family / friends option?

2. Did you fund your paypal payment with a credit card or not?

Yes my credit card is linked to paypal. I used that for my payment I used the goods services for the payment they were international transactions
