I get a message stating "User plugin info will be set if all information are correct" from this webpage: "https://www.paypal.com/targeting/set-plugin?src=honey"

It automatically open up another web page when i turn on my chrome browser. Of can i change this?

same issue here starting maybe a week ago, today is 6/22/20 - it's really annoying.  I'll go to my Honey chrome extension thinking maybe I need to log into PayPal or something but it's already connected. If there's no solution I may have to disable the plugin.
