I don't own a mobile cell phone!

I don't own a cell phone so how can I receive the text messages PAYPAL send?  I can't get intouch with a person @ PAYPAL to try to solve the problem.  They keep sending the text codes and I can't get into my account to do any modification to my account.  When you click "Other Contact Methods", it just takes you back so you have to enter your cell phone number.  Perfect Catch 22!
