I want to send an invoice to one of my customer & need to get paid from him. But that service not available under my paypal account.
Why is that?

Sorry, Sri Lanka PayPal accounts cannot receive payments, only send money or buy.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
