I did not receive money that my friend sent to me.

I've already looked at similar post and they offered no help. My friend sent me money but I didn't get it. I forgot to confirm my email before he sent the money. I confirmed it and I still have no money in my account balance. He sent a screenshot with the proof that he sent it. Where did the money go!

What is the status of the transaction on your friends end ?   (Pending, Unclaimed, Completed, etc.)

Did you get an email notification or a notice in your Account Activity ?

The only email I've gotten from PayPal is the one telling me to confirm my email. And I will ask him now what process the payment is in

He told me that it's telling him that I have not accepted the payment. I don't see where to go to accept the payment.
