Are you testing using your live PayPal account or a test account in the Sandbox Environment?
It is not possible to erase or undo transactions. If you've sent funds that you wish to return, the receiving account can refund the payment by clicking the refund option on the transaction. If the funds are currently held for delayed funds availability, the funds for the refund will come from an external payment method. Once the funds are released after 21 days, the funds from the transaction may be used for the refund.
