Hi, please help me, I couldn't log in to my account. It said i needed to upgrade my browser but if i click on the sandbox website and it loads that means I am already upgraded. I clicked on the sandbox link and it uploaded. I could still access my account in my mobile app. what's happening???

If you clicked the link and the page loaded then what is the problem?

If you're trying to log in after clicking on the sandbox site, that's your issue. Just go to PayPal.com like normal and you should be able to login just fine.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
