I was going to print a shipping label for an item which I just sold. I clicked on calculate shipping charges, & a red box popped up saying, "Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023". PayPal already had my credit card info, but I added the info again, but I still could not print the shipping label.
