I can't get any help or info! Can someone here help me?

My account was a personal account for many, many years.  Several years ago, I opened up a small business and changed it to a business account.  I no longer have a business and would like to switch it back to personal.  I have looked everywhere to find the answer or to find a way to reach someone to help me, but I can't find a thing!

Does anyone have any advice on this?

To downgrade you'll need to ring up customer service:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US.

You can contact customer services to downgrade it BUT sometimes its a wait to get them to do so.

OR

you can just remove all your financial info / close subscriptions etc and close your business account and then open up a new personal account.
