I already have a PayPal verified account but I still have problem in signing up with one website. one website would require me to have my PayPal address verified. After having verified my PayPal account do I still have to verify my PayPal address? If so, How to do it?

You may want to contact the site and ask them to explain what they are requiring.   Although your account is verified, which is great I'm thinking that maybe the site wants a "confirmed address" meaning, that both your billing address and your shipping address must be the same.  This is an option that seller's or merchants can enable via their Business Accounts.   However, that's just a guess at this point.
