I have been having some trouble setting up my site to take flat rate postage.
I've chatted with PayPal, but received mostly wrong answers.
I've delete all my buttons, and created new ones and for all of them checked the feature: ShippingUse settings saved in your PayPal profile.
And I created a shipping rule based on amount - from .01 to "and up" with a $3.00 fee
I clicked: use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator's settings:
Yes
But none of my buttons charge any shipping?
Can anyone pinpoint the problem?
